If the buzzing noise appears to emit from under the dryer, it could have a faulty motor or the drum is jammed and the motor is not able to start. (makes it seem like the motor huh?) the timer still ticks.

I tried bypassing the fuses 1 at a time and then tried all of the thermostats 1 at a time and continued to hear the buzzing noise.
