When i do get it started it idles up and down for the first 4 to 5 minutes while the car is parked. Next, turn the key to the on position and wait until the dash lights quit flashing.

You need the triangle of ignition. Well this morning is cold here in texas.right about the freezing point. You drive it for 30 minutes or an hour.

As the temp warms, the mixture requirement is not as rich.
